Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features and applications, with a strong focus on Pega Smart Investigate . The role requires hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features using Pega Smart Investigate .
• Develop scalable and secure full-stack applications following established SDLC, security, and development standards.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Operations, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective solutions.
• Participate in solution design, system architecture, and platform management activities.
• Build resilient, scalable, and secure applications using cloud-native technologies .
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Follow Pega development best practices and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and quality standards.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience in the banking/financial services domain .
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate .
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles .
• Experience developing scalable and secure enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega certification such as CSSA or CLSA .
• Experience in financial services , particularly Corporate Cash Management .
• Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive tasks through completion.
