- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, case management, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience with Pega UI, data pages, data transforms, activities, and decision rules.
- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, application development, and support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Pega CSA/CSSA certification.
