Pega Modernization Lead

IDR is seeking a Pega Modernization Lead to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing large-scale Pega upgrade programs within the financial services industry, focusing on credit card disputes and collections operations. The position requires overseeing enterprise platform transformation, coordination across various business and technical teams, and ensuring seamless system integrations.

Position Overview for the Pega Modernization Lead:

• Leading end-to-end Pega modernization initiatives, including strategy, planning, testing, and deployment.
• Driving redesign of dispute and collections workflows, incorporating case management, decision logic, and automation.
• Managing integration across digital wallets, card servicing, payment networks, and settlement systems.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define architecture, ensure compliance, and establish operational resilience.
• Leading organizational change management, training, and user adoption efforts.

Requirements for the Pega Modernization Lead:

• Experience leading Pega upgrades, migrations, or modernization programs within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of transaction processing, chargebacks, dispute resolution, collections, and recoveries.
• Experience designing enterprise dispute and collections workflows, including case management, business rules, routing, and decisioning.
• Experience integrating Pega with payment processors, card servicing platforms, payment networks, and other enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Manager-level consulting, banking, or financial services experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
