• Strong experience in end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives
• Experience in Pega platform upgrades, workflow modernisation and digital transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
• Excellent project governance, risk management and executive reporting skills
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, CRM/customer service automation and workflow modernisation
• Manage projects involving order management, case management, customer onboarding, complaints management and AI-driven decisioning
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, Pega architects, delivery teams and executive leadership
• Build strong relationships with Business, IT, Architecture, Operations, Security and Vendor teams
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews
• Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Proactively identify, manage and escalate delivery risks and issues
• Present project status, progress updates and delivery outcomes to CXOs and senior management
