Job Description

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Pega applications.
• Manage system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Pega solutions.
• Monitor and enhance system functionality to meet business needs.
• Document system changes, configurations and updates.
• Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and standards.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on Pega-related processes.
• Assist with the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches.

The Successful Applicant A successful Pega Support Lead should have:

• Strong technical expertise in Pega systems and applications.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT policies and compliance standards.
