Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pega Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Pega and a strong ability to train and mentor candidates/IT professionals in Pega technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions on Pega Platform.
• Train participants on Pega concepts, application development, case management, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments.
• Provide hands-on guidance through real-time projects and practical use cases.
• Assess trainees' progress through assignments, tests, and practical exercises.
• Clarify technical questions and provide individual guidance to learners.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features, tools, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve training content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Pega development/training.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Platform / Pega PRPC.
• Good understanding of Case Management, Workflows, UI, Data Models, Integration, and Reporting.
• Experience with Pega development and real-time project implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Experience conducting online or classroom-based technical training is preferred.
• Pega certification (CSA/CSSA/CPDC or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience as a Pega Trainer, Technical Trainer, Pega Developer, or Pega Consultant.
• Comfortable delivering both theoretical and hands-on training.
• Strong mentoring and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create practical, project-based learning exercises.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
