What they need
About the role
Cleaning worker responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the military dining hall facility and surrounding areas within the camp.
Key responsibilities
- Clean external areas of the dining hall including corridor floors, windows, mirrors and doors (interior and exterior)
- Clean drainage systems surrounding the dining hall
- Collect rubbish around the dining hall and dispose of waste in designated waste bins
- Clean toilets
- Clean prayer room and office areas
- Clean storage areas
- Clean waste disposal bins
- Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals including dish soap, floor soap and hand soap to ensure adequate supply
- Maintain cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, buckets and other cleaning tools
- Practice economy in the use of cleaning materials
About you
- Able to receive instructions from supervisors appropriately
- Able to follow established company regulations and procedures
