About the Role

As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions across diverse patient populations. You'll work independently, with your own private room, while collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pelvic health assessments, including internal examinations (where appropriate and with patient consent)
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients on pelvic health, exercise, and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture

Qualifications

Required:

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the provincial regulatory college
• Completion of post-graduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (or currently pursuing certification)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience treating prenatal and postpartum patients
• Additional training in chronic pain, exercise therapy, or women's health
