Pelvic Floor Therapist

At Women's Pelvic Health & Wellness, we specialize in pelvic health and we do things differently. Our cash-based model allows us to spend a full hour, one-on-one with each patient, helping them achieve real, long-lasting results. We’re seeking a motivated, people-loving team member to lead our marketing and outreach efforts while supporting clinic operations. You’ll help create community partnerships, manage leads, post engaging social media content, and ensure our patients have a top-tier experience.

What You'll Do

• Treat 55-60-minute one-on-one sessions
• Collaborate with other therapists to enhance each patient’s plan of care
• Be proactive in helping patients reach meaningful outcomes
• Help patients connect with their “deeper why” to stay engaged in their care
• Confidently discuss and offer care packages to patients
• Embrace a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
• Think critically and adapt creatively in your treatment approach

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• Herman and Wallace Pelvic One
• Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (training support available!)
• Understanding of (or open to learning) cash-based care
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Monday to Friday

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
