What they need
- Menyediakan dan memasak hidangan masakan tempatan (local cuisine) , menu goreng wok dan hidangan lain mengikut menu syarikat.
- Menyediakan bahan mentah, memotong, membersihkan dan menyediakan bahan masakan sebelum proses memasak.
- Memastikan rasa, kualiti, kebersihan dan penyediaan makanan mengikut SOP syarikat.
- Membantu operasi penyediaan makanan di dapur cawangan restoran mengikut keperluan.
- Memantau kesegaran bahan mentah, penggunaan stok dan pembaziran makanan.
- Memastikan kebersihan dapur, peralatan memasak dan kawasan kerja sentiasa terjaga.
- Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan makanan dan kebersihan diri semasa mengendalikan makanan.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pihak pengurusan.
