About the role

This is a customer service role where you will handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering accurate information and suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, online chat (Live Chat) and other channels
• Provide professional, friendly and efficient customer service
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and suitable solutions
• Handle customer complaints, feedback and related issues professionally
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure issues are resolved within specified timeframes
• Record customer communications accurately and update system records promptly
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments in a timely manner
• Comply with company SOP, service standards and customer service processes
• Achieve company-set KPI, SLA, service quality and work efficiency targets

About you

• Must Taiwanese
• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin / Traditional Chinese) and English preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese with Taiwan customers
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
• Good service awareness, positive attitude, patience and professionalism
• Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / BPO preferred
• Able to accept shift work including weekends and public holidays
