PENETRATING TESTING INTERN

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Assessment team in conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Assist with documenting security findings and preparing penetration testing reports
• Support basic security testing of web applications, networks and systems
• Assist in identifying, validating and documenting security vulnerabilities
• Help prepare technical reports and documentation
• Conduct research on vulnerabilities, exploits and cybersecurity tools
• Support other technical tasks assigned by the team

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems and cybersecurity concepts
• Interest in penetration testing, ethical hacking and vulnerability assessment
• Familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite or Nmap is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn
