Penetration Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, ensuring timely remediation of identified issues.
• Analyse vulnerability reports from researchers, vendors, and tools to evaluate their impact on the environment.
• Provide expert advice and actionable recommendations to technical teams on effective remediation strategies.
• Support ongoing penetration testing initiatives and offensive security exercises.
• Stay current with emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, attack methods, and threat intelligence; assess their relevance and initiate mitigation actions or advisories.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of common vulnerabilities and remediation techniques (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
• Experience in attack simulation, red teaming, or other offensive security testing.
• Skilled in root cause analysis of vulnerabilities and developing appropriate technical solutions.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and performing detailed vulnerability analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, or equivalen
