What they need
* Memiliki integritas dalam bekerja
* Ketajaman dalam koordinasi dan pengawasan.
* Memiliki sertifikat resmi dari lembaga konstruksi
* Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM yang aktif
* Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur
* Minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai pengawas lapangan atau site supervisor di proyek perumahan
* Mampu membaca gambar kerja
* Mampu dalam menghitung volume material agar tidak terjadi pemborosan (efisiensi RAB)
* Mampu memastikan hasil pekerjaan kontraktor atau tukang sesuai dengan standar spesifikasi bangunan yang telah ditentukan
* Menguasai software setidaknya familiar dengan AutoCAD atau aplikasi pendukung teknis lainnya untuk pengecekan cepat di lapangan
* Mampu memimpin anggota tim, tukang dan sub-kontraktor agar bekerja sesuai jadwal (timeline)
