Pension Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse clients’ pension & retirement status, identify financial gaps and improvement opportunities

* Review pension portfolios regularly and propose optimisation strategies matching clients’ changing needs

* Coordinate with pension providers and financial professionals to execute pension plans

* Prepare professional pension reports and deliver clear client presentations

* Keep updated on pension laws and tax regulations to ensure fully compliant advice

* Develop and sustain long-term professional client relationships

Requirements

* Hold recognised financial planning / pension qualifications (DFP or equivalent)

* 1–2 years relevant experience in financial advisory or pension planning

* Solid knowledge of Hong Kong pension rules, tax arrangements and retirement strategies

* Strong data analysis skills with clear communication ability

* Professional client-facing manner, capable of building trust with diverse clients
