An exciting opportunity for an experienced Trustee Secretary to join a leading pensions organisation. Working closely with the Trustee Board and senior stakeholders, you will support the governance and administration of multiple pension schemes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate Trustee Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, attendance and minute-taking.
• Maintain governance frameworks, records, policies and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support Trustee training, effectiveness reviews and board development.
• Act as a key contact for Trustees, advisers and internal stakeholders.

About you:

• Proven Trustee Secretarial or pensions governance experience.
• Strong board and committee support skills, including minute-taking.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of pension scheme governance and regulatory requirements.
