Who You Are

We are looking for a highly versatile, proactive, and hands-on HR Analyst to join our People team in São Paulo.

If you thrive in startup environments, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and love being close to both business leaders and frontline operations, this role is for you! You will be responsible for end-to-end HR routines—ranging from HR Operations alignment to driving employee experience, internal communications, business partnering, and process automation.

What You Will Do

• Business Partnering & Internal Client Management: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and leaders, supporting daily people requests, conflict resolution, performance cycles, and team engagement.
• HR Operations: Oversee HR operational routines (onboarding, offboarding, vacation control, etc.) in close partnership with payroll and legal compliance.
• Employee Experience & Culture: execute impactful Employee Experience initiatives, onboarding journeys, climate actions, and internal communication projects that strengthen our culture.
• Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in employee records, HR systems, contracts, and compliance data to support seamless operations.
• Process Improvement, Automation & AI Adoption: Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously optimize HR workflows by leveraging process automation, smart HR tech platforms, and AI tools to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and scale our routines efficiently.

The Skills And Experience You Will Bring

• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English OR Spanish (capable of actively participating in regional meetings and cross-border alignment).
• Location & Work Model: Hybrid model in São Paulo (Pinheiros office - 2x per week)
• Tech-Savvy & AI-Oriented Approach: Curiosity and openness toward new technologies, with an appetite for using automation, digital tools, and AI to optimize daily HR operations.
• Ownership & Entrepreneurial Mindset: True "owner" attitude with high adaptability, resilience, and hands-on execution skills. You take full responsibility for end-to-end deliverables and excel in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• HR Generalist Expertise: Practical background across personnel administration, internal communications, employee engagement, and internal client support.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: High level of rigor and organization when handling sensitive employee data, payroll inputs, and compliance records.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interface confidently with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
