People Analytics Enablement Leader

For our client, we are seeking a People Analytics Enablement Leader to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This leader will shape the strategy and operating model for people analytics enablement, with a strong focus on governed data, trusted metrics, and actionable workforce insights. The role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate analytical direction into measurable outcomes that support better people decisions. It will also drive adoption by strengthening data literacy, common definitions, and compelling storytelling across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $178,800 – $273,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Co-architect and execute the people analytics enablement and BI strategy
• Translate strategy into business requirements and measurable outcomes
• Ensure data and insights are embedded in HR strategies
• Lead the people analytics BI team to develop trusted workforce data models
• Govern common business vocabulary and metric definitions
• Drive analytics adoption through clear narratives and data literacy
• Partner with IT to strengthen data governance and quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics enablement, or enterprise analytics leadership
• 5+ years leading teams in analytics, enablement, or BI functions
• Proven success in scaling governed analytics in complex environments
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR decision-making
• Deep familiarity with analytics operating models and data governance
