  • monitoring key people processes to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met,
  • building effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders,
  • supporting the overall delivery of an exceptional employee experience.

You will have/be:

  • a genuine interest in building a career in HR,
  • highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
  • exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy,
  • strong administration, planning and organisational skills,
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • a proactive mindset, strong sense of urgency, and willingness to take initiative,
  • professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity,
  • strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach,
  • confidence using technology and Microsoft Office,
  • open, honest, empathetic and aligned with Skyline's values.

This role offers:

  • full-time permanent, Monday to Friday role based in Queenstown,

  • great staff benefits, including free gondola and luge rides for family and friends,
  • free daily staff meals and $1 barista coffees,
  • subsidised parking,
  • Southern Cross Health Insurance,
  • the chance to be part of a dynamic, values-driven and growing international organisation.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a real contribution within a progressive and very successful business, working alongside a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both our people and our guests. We offer a competitive remuneration package, excellent staff benefits, and a truly unique place to work.
