Position: People & Organization Development Assistant Manager

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, or related areas
• Strong understanding of organization development, talent management, and learning & development frameworks
• Proven experience in managing and implementing OD and L&D initiatives (e.g., performance management, leadership development, culture transformation)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
• Willing to work from our office at Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)

Job Responsibilities:

• People & Organization Development Strategy: Support the development and execution of OD & L&D strategies aligned with business goals
• Organization Development & Change Management: Lead and manage initiatives such as organizational design, culture transformation, and change management
• Learning & Talent Management: Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development, capability building, and succession planning programs
• Performance Management: Drive and continuously improve performance management frameworks and processes
• Organizational Diagnosis & Insights: Analyze organizational data, engagement surveys, and HR metrics to identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR teams to drive people initiatives
• Program Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement of OD and development initiatives
