Responsibilities

• Manage the Performance Management process from planning to evaluation
• Manage Training & Development, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to training evaluation
• Manage Talent Mapping, Talent Pool, and Succession Planning
• Analyze workload and manpower productivity
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and role & responsibility alignment

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, HR Development, or a related role
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Management
• Familiar with workload analysis, manpower productivity, and organization development
• Good analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, structured, and driven by a continuous improvement mindset
