People and Organization Development Lead

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, including manpower planning, job profiling, recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective talent sourcing and employer branding strategies through job portals, professional networks, campus recruitment, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide talent recommendations to hiring managers and management to support effective hiring decisions.
• Manage internship and apprenticeship programs, including recruitment, administration, participant development, remuneration, and overall program execution in accordance with company policies and budget.
• Identify employee learning and development needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency gaps, performance requirements, and career development needs, and translate them into relevant learning programs.
• Develop and manage internal and external training programs, including training plans, learning materials, trainer selection, logistics, budget administration, and program execution.
• Develop and implement training evaluation and effectiveness measurement, monitor participants' development, follow up with stakeholders, and continuously improve learning programs based on evaluation results.
• Support broader talent and organizational development initiatives, including internal trainer development, employee career development, competency building, and capability development aligned with business and organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related areas, with experience handling both recruitment and learning initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and assessment to hiring and onboarding.
• Strong understanding and experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience in employer branding, talent sourcing, and building talent pipelines through various recruitment channels and professional networks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, employees, trainers, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in developing training materials, internal trainers, and employee development programs is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with recruitment and learning management tools.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, proactive mindset, and strong execution skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
