People and Talent Partner

At OSF Digital, we're looking for a People & Talent Partner to join our ANZ People team and play a key role in how we attract, support, develop, and retain talent across the region.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both Talent Acquisition and People partnering, and wants broader exposure across the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, reporting, and HR initiatives.

Working closely with leaders across ANZ and APAC, you'll gain valuable insight into how a growing consulting business scales its people, capabilities, and culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across ANZ and support broader APAC hiring initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs.

• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and people operations processes.

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and talent insights to support decision-making.

• Identify workforce trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Contribute to workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational discussions.

• Collaborate with the APAC HR team on key People programs and initiatives.

• Help create an exceptional employee experience from attraction through retention.

What We're Looking For

You may come from Talent Acquisition, HR, People Operations, Talent Management, or a similar people-focused background.

You'll bring:

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Confidence working with people data, reporting, and insights.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Curiosity and a genuine desire to broaden your People and Talent expertise.
