People BP & OD Specialist (Tech Function)

About the role

This is a full-time HRBP & OD position at SKY ICT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED' in Bangkok. As a key member of the People team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's strategic objectives and driving organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance and growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall company vision and objectives
2. Analyze business needs, identify organizational development opportunities and design tailored solutions
3. Lead the implementation of initiatives such as talent management, learning and development, and performance management
4. Provide expert HR business partner support to optimize team and individual performance
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a positive, productive and engaging work culture
6. Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience in an organizational development or HR business partner role, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
2. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to identify business needs and design impactful HR solutions
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
4. Proven track record in spearheading successful organizational change and development initiatives
5. Proficient in utilizing HR technology and data to drive insights and influence decision-making
6. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or a related field
