People Business Partner (Sr.Officer)

Job Scope: Support HR operations for the sports business by advising management on people matters, overseeing key HR functions, analyzing HR data, and coordinating employee relations. The role consists of approximately 40% HR functional responsibilities and 60% projects-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and advice to management and supervisors on people management matters within the sports business
• Oversee and support HR functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management, to ensure that people managers within the sports business can effectively carry out HR-related responsibilities.
• Prepare and analyze HR-related data to support management and supervisors in decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addresing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• The role is responsible for approximately 40% HR functional responsibilities and 60% project- based initiatives.

Job Specifications:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in and HRBP, HR Generalist or related role.
• Have a functional knowledge HR Functions & HR Policies, Labor Law & Employee Relations, HR Data Analysis, Project Management
• Have skill (Technical and soft skill); Communication & Interpersonal skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Project Coordination
• Have basic knowledge and skills Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint), English Communication skills.
