People Development Analyst (Supervisor Level)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply. Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Passionate about Human Resources and People Development.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, West Java or Ngoro (Mojokerto), East Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Talent Management and Learning & Development processes across the organization.
• Develop and implement people development initiatives to ensure employees are fit for their roles and able to contribute effectively to business objectives.
• Support talent identification, development, and succession planning programs.
• Coordinate learning programs and monitor their effectiveness to support employee and organizational development.
