People Development Manager (San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte-based)

Job Summary

The People Development Manager is responsible for building and strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and people development initiatives while partnering with key teams to ensure the right talent is hired, effectively integrated, and continuously developed to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development (HRD), Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Experience in team leadership, recruitment, learning and development, HR, or people management is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidates and identify quality and role fit.
• Good facilitation, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, people-oriented, and collaborative.
• Willing to work on-site in Laoag City.
