What they need
- Identify and analyze training needs (TNA) across all departments on a regular basis.
- Develop curriculums, syllabi, and training modules.
- Organize and execute training programs according to the established timeline.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly/annually) regarding training program realization, effectiveness, and budget utilization.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
