People Development Project (Temporary)

• Ensure, monitor, and update training execution data.
• Collect documents and propose training budget needs.
• Handle welcome-on-board training for new joiners.
• Coordinate and run training programs within the company.
• Support the creation and monitoring of training projects.
• Prepare documents related to training needs.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support the team’s operational needs.
• Assist onboarding and evaluation programs: arrange schedules, collect assessment and evaluation forms, and support moderators in panel presentations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in training, L&D, HR operations, or recruitment is an advantage.Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with Area and Head Office stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data management, reporting, and presentations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in training data monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
