People Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage Training Needs Analysis and Develop Annual Training Plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training programs.
• Develop and update training materials.
• Manage talent development programs and career progression initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports.
• Work closely with various departments to support competency development.
• Provide basic coaching to employees and supervisors when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or Training Management.
• Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning Management Systems (LMS), training administration, and performance management systems.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in designing and developing training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Notion, Articulate 360, or similar learning content development tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Willing to travel to store locations as required.
• Willing to be based at Learning Center Mitra10 – Bitung, Tangerang (near Mitra10 DC Cikupa).
