Jetts 24 Hour Fitness is part of Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG), HQ in Australia – We are Asia Pacific’s largest group of corporately owned health and wellness clubs. In 2017, the first Asian club was launched in Bangkok and right now in 2023, we are the number 1 gym in Thailand in terms of the number of clubs with a total of over 44 clubs with the slogan “Workout on Your Terms”.

Responsibilities:

1. Internship Program Management

• Manage the end-to-end internship program (150+ interns annually)
• Conduct screening and interviews for intern placement
• Coordinate with departments for assignment and monitor performance evaluation
• Ensure intern engagement, experience, and overall well-being

2. Academic Partnership & University Relations

• Manage and maintain 4–5 active university MOUs
• Coordinate with universities on programs, communication, and activities
• Host university visits and represent the company during campus engagements
• Strengthen partnerships to support talent pipeline development

3. Employer Branding & Content Creation

• Produce engaging content (e.g., TikTok, short videos) showcasing company culture
• Create storytelling around intern experience, campus activities, and internal initiatives
• Support employer branding campaigns to attract young talent

4. Event & Activation Management

• Coordinate and execute campus visits and club visit activities
• Manage logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-site facilitation
• Represent the organization in external engagement events

5. Learning Content Production

• Produce video-based training materials aligned with internal curriculum
• Support content development for key programs (e.g., HR, Sales, Operations)
• Ensure quality and consistency of learning content delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in People Development, Learning and Development including internship programs, employer branding, Training
• Experience in content creation (video shooting/editing) is required
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with local government offices i.e. Department of Skill Development
• Strong customer service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Good computerized skills with solid knowledge of all standard software, especially Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point, internet, email and social networks.
• English communication.
• Willing to work and visit many sites.
