People Development Staff

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Bachelor of Engineering Education (Mechanical / Electrical).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development (𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Kaizen, TPM, or Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at PT Pralon Factory Karawang (Klari).

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

• Assist in developing training programs using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
• Deliver training materials as an internal trainer (both technical and soft skills).
• Handle training administration and documentation, including scheduling, evaluations, and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
