Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree of any major, preferable Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Minimum experience 3 years
• Good communication skill, have strong willing to work with limited supervisor
• Have strong initiative and able to develop people development program
• Highly discipline, well organized, people orieted, good presentation skill
