• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Gofive’s culture and values.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Develop and coordinate initiatives to build a positive work culture and high engagement.
• Plan and organize team events, well-being activities, and recognition programs.
• Collect employee feedback and recommend actions that enhance satisfaction and retention.

Employer Branding

• Strengthen Gofive’s employer brand by creating engaging social media content, hosting events, and representing us at university job fairs and workshops.
• Collaborate with Marketing to share our culture stories across digital platforms.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs that enhance employee growth and performance.
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and organize relevant learning initiatives.
• Promote a continuous learning culture, supporting knowledge sharing and personal development.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and L&D.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Creative mindset with an eye for content and branding.
• Familiarity with social media and employer branding platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Passionate about people, learning, and creating a great employee experience.
