What they need
People & Culture Team
At i247 Group, we believe that great workplaces don't happen by accident. They are created through positive experiences, meaningful connections, and people who genuinely care about making a difference.
We're looking for a People Experience Coordinator to help create a workplace where people feel welcome, supported, recognised and engaged. This is a varied role that combines employee experience, workplace coordination and People & Culture administration, making it perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, organising activities and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As our People Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day employee experience activities, helping to create a positive environment across our locations.
You'll coordinate employee recognition initiatives, support onboarding, help deliver engagement activities and company events, and ensure our workplaces remain organised, welcoming and well-maintained.
No two days will be the same. One day you might be preparing welcome packs for new starters, organising a recognition celebration or coordinating an employee wellbeing initiative. The next, you could be liaising with suppliers, supporting office improvements or helping deliver a company event.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great experiences and has a natural ability to stay organised.
What You'll Be Doing
Employee Experience
- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
- Coordinating employee recognition activities, milestone celebrations and reward programmes.
- Assisting with company events, awareness campaigns and internal communications.
- Helping create positive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
Workplace Coordination
- Being a friendly first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Managing facilities-related queries and coordinating requests.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinating workplace maintenance, supplies and office improvements.
- Supporting a positive and welcoming working environment.
Onboarding & People Support
- Preparing onboarding materials, passes and welcome packs.
- Supporting new starter communications.
- Maintaining People & Culture records and trackers.
- Assisting with employee surveys and action tracking.
- Providing administrative support across People & Culture projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves helping people and creating positive experiences.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems, with a proactive approach to using technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team and with the wider business
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, employee experience, customer service, facilities, hospitality or People & Culture support would be beneficial, but equally important is your attitude, organisation and ability to build great relationships.
