Learning & Development

1.Learning Design & Development

• Support the design and development of learning materials, training programs, and digital learning content.
• Research learning trends, tools, and AI technologies to improve learning experiences.
• Assist in creating presentations and materials for employee development programs.

2.Learning Analytics & Project Support

• Collect and analyze learning data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support learning projects and training activities.
• Support the implementation of learning initiatives and other projects assigned by the L&D team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Able to use Microsoft office ex: Excel, word, presentation tools, data analytic tools.
• Open for 3rd year student to fresh grads.

Working Policy:

• Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 18.00 pm)
• No laptop provided.
• Internship Allowance.
• Office Location = The Parq (MRT QSNCC Exit 2)
• Internal Activities.
• Hybrid Workplace.
