People Officer

Join our People Team and help create a great employee experience!

We are looking for a People Officer who is passionate about people, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will support our employees and operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and reports.
• Support employee relations, attendance, leave, and HR concerns.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and manpower agencies.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and company activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Operations and Management on various People initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or other service industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Maintains professional appearance and good grooming.
• Willing to work on-site in Mactan, Cebu and support operational requirements when needed.
