People Operations (5 months contract)

Role Overview

The role will serve as an HR Frontline to all employee concerns related to Benefits Administration, Third Party Management, Audit compliance, Safety and Health Support, and culture-building in the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that all general concerns are attended, addressed, analyzed and resolved with the support of the people group at the site
• Partner with support functions such as the Benefits Admin, EDM Admin and Site Leadership Team in executing transactions in delivering services to people.
• Responsible for the Key Business Indicators reports preparation and submission such as Overtime, Absenteeism, Manhours and NCR reports.
• Responsible for ensuring the Safety and Health protocols are observed. Making sure that the reports and tracker are updated, and logistics are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields is required

• Must be willing to work 6 days a week

• At least 1 year of experience in an FMCG is preferred

• Can start ASAP
