People Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Analyst to join our HR Operations team. The role focuses on managing employee and organizational data, maintaining HR records, ensuring data quality, and providing HR support for employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Data Administration, and HR Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and organizational data within HR systems.
• Support Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) activities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR master data.
• Maintain organizational structures, reporting relationships, and position information.
• Handle employee and manager HR-related queries.
• Support HR audits and compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR operational processes.
• Generate and maintain HR reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HR / SAP HCM experience.
• SuccessFactors or Workday exposure.
• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA).
• Experience in Organizational Management (OM).
• Shared Services or Global HR Operations experience.
• HR reporting and data management experience.
