Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US onboarding activities
- Handle HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management processes
- Ensure compliance documentation and employee records management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and operational support
- Maintain process accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Employee Lifecycle Management
- Experience supporting US onboarding processes and documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
