At Converge Technology Solutions, we're looking for a People Operations Support professional who sees beyond administration and wants to use data, technology and process improvement to make a real impact. This role supports the development and optimisation of our People systems and processes, with Dayforce HRIS at the heart of our People technology landscape .

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring our People data, systems and processes are accurate, efficient and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions.

You'll be:

• Maintaining and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS and People systems.
• Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Developing reports, dashboards and meaningful workforce insights.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working.
• Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence.
• Ensuring data integrity, compliance and high-quality employee records.
• Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve the employee experience through effective systems and processes.
