About the job

At Credix, Facilities is about much more than keeping the office running — it's about taking care of people. If you're the kind of person who takes pride when everything works down to the smallest detail, who loves solving problems before anyone even notices they existed, and who wants to be at the center of a fast-moving fintech, this role is for you.

You'll be the person behind the experience of everyone who walks through our São Paulo office every day — employees, candidates, clients, and partners. You'll take care of everything so the operation runs with excellence: vendor management, purchasing, budget and reimbursements, plus organizing internal events, offsites, and visits that the team will remember.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing: responsible for office purchasing — cleaning supplies, pantry, office materials, and IT products.
• Vendor management: cleaning staff, internet, maintenance, printers, and access control.
• Office upkeep: daily rounds to make sure nothing is broken, missing, or out of place.
• Finance: responsible for all Facilities-related finance (payment requests and corporate card).
• Front desk: welcoming clients, candidates, and visitors.
• Events: happy hours, lunches, dinners, offsites, and trips.

Qualifications

• Organized, proactive profile with an ownership mindset.
• A hands-on person who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and attention to detail.
• Strong financial organization skills to track budgets, purchases, and vendors.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with fast changes and rapid growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (English is used daily in the work environment).
• 100% on-site work in Pinheiros.
