The Role

• Partner with sales and Go-To-Market leaders to align talent priorities with business objectives.

• Proactively identify and address organizational needs, developing business-aligned solutions.

• Drive talent management, compensation, and retention strategies in high-volume environments.

• Collaborate with various People function teams to deliver strategic HR solutions.

• Champion and embed company culture across the organization.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or a related HR function.

• Experience supporting go-to-market teams or broader HR program experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.

• Effective communication, consulting, and facilitation abilities.
