About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for a PMS Executive – HR to manage and coordinate the Performance Management System across hospitality, real estate, project and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete PMS cycle, including KRA/KPI tracking, reviews and appraisals.
• Coordinate with HODs and Managers for monthly performance reports and timely submissions.
• Prepare HR MIS, performance dashboards and management reports.
• Track employee and departmental performance, PIPs, productivity and key HR metrics.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential PMS/employee records.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to improve HR reporting and analytics.
• Support HRMS/PMS implementation and performance review meetings.Candidate Profile
• 3–4 years of experience in PMS, HR Analytics, HR MIS or HR Operations.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, coordination and presentation skills.
• Experience in Hospitality, Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Real Estate or Service Industry preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
