People Services Partner

About the role

The People Services Partner supports and assists with the daily functions of the People Experience and Talent Management department. This role provides broad exposure to People Services, including benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first approach.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department
• Provide timely and accurate information via the People ticketing system
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Administer and analyze onboarding surveys
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
• Assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with company policy and labor laws
• Support engagement activities to promote a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records
• Assist with audits, mandatory government filings, and training compliance
