People Services Workplace Manager

We are looking for an experienced People Services & Workplace Manager to lead initiatives that create a seamless, efficient, and engaging employee experience across our organization.

This role will oversee People Services, employee lifecycle management, workplace experience, HR process improvement, and employee engagement , while partnering closely with Operations and the wider HR team to support our fast-paced restaurant business.

What You’ll Do

👥 People Services & HR Operations

• Lead day-to-day People Services and HR operations
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Establish service standards and ensure timely resolution of employee requests
• Ensure accurate and efficient HR transactions and documentation

🏢 Workplace & Employee Experience

• Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace engagement
• Develop employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and workplace initiatives
• Gather employee feedback and translate insights into meaningful improvements
• Support a positive, inclusive, and employee-focused workplace culture

⚙️ Process Improvement & HR Technology

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes
• Partner with HRIS/IT teams to improve HR systems and employee self-service
• Develop and monitor HR service metrics and dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement in People Services delivery

📊 People Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor People Services and employee lifecycle metrics
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery
• Provide actionable insights to HR and Operations leadership

🤝 Business Partnership

• Partner with Operations leaders to understand people and workplace requirements
• Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, and other HR teams
• Ensure HR programs and services are practical and responsive to restaurant operations

👨 💼 Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Services and Workplace team
• Set team objectives, service standards, and performance measures
• Foster a strong customer-service mindset within the team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience , preferably in People Services, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or HR Shared Services
• Previous managerial or team leadership experience
• Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume/multi-site operations is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
• Experience with HRIS, process improvement, automation, and HR reporting
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service and employee-experience mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
