Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design, build, test, and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft applications. In this role, you will play a critical part in configuring PeopleSoft modules, developing component interfaces, and creating robust integrations with internal and third-party systems. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions while providing tier-3 production support and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Design, configure, and customize core PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools to meet business requirements.
• Integrations & Interfaces: Build, maintain, and optimize Component Interfaces, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs to connect PeopleSoft seamlessly with external platforms.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis, debug system errors, resolve incidents, and apply bug fixes or enhancements in a timely manner.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, optimize SQL queries, and tune application processes for maximum efficiency.
• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work alongside functional analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, author technical design specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and drive continuous integration and process improvements.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:

• Strong hands-on experience developing with PeopleTools (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, SQR).
• Proven expertise in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Component Interfaces (CI).
• Solid experience with integration technologies, including Web Services, REST APIs, and middleware architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Databases, standard SQL, and database performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability in production support, root cause analysis, and system patch management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
