PeopleSoft HCM Developer/Analyst – Active Secret Clearance Required

We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer/Analyst with an active Secret security clearance to support a federal client's HCM systems. This role involves hands-on development, configuration, and support work within a highly regulated, mission-critical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret personnel security clearance in hand — required before reporting; no exceptions
• U.S. citizenship
• Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience (development, configuration, or support); federal-agency PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred, not limited to State Department
• Strong programming skills: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Oracle SQL
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML/JSON, and RDBMS design
• Experience participating in peer reviews, configuration management, and change control
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps tools, JIRA, and Phire
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including software migration and emergency release practices
• Background in HR application development environments (.NET, Java, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Enterprise N-tier architecture design experience (Architect track)
• Source-code version control, build/release automation, and CCB facilitation (CM track)
• Availability to support occasional evening/weekend release windows (typically 1–2x per month)

Pay: $79.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
