Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM
• Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and application functionality
• Experience in development, customization, configuration and support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical/functional teams
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working in enterprise application environments

Preferred:

• PeopleSoft technical development/support experience
• PeopleTools experience
• Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker and SQL knowledge
• Experience with production support and issue resolution
