Peoplesoft ~ Senior Peoplesoft ERP Developer

PeopleSoft Developer HCM & FCM experience.

• 4+ years experience in a functional analyst role (advising users on function/operation/use/configuration) with PeopleSoft HCM (Time & Labor)& FCM modules.
• Ability to work remotely Monday-Thursday (7a-6p), 39 hours/week with occasional (rare) visits to Henderson, NV
• :* 4 years of experience in design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications that includes working with PL/SQL tools and PeopleTools including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.*

Duties/Tasks: Knowledge of principles of ERP systems; ERP system administration; database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security and recovery procedures and methods; database, application, and server problem identification, tracking, and vendor support; systems analysis methods; functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP Systems; business process map flow preparation and use; principles `of finance and human resource management processes; data collection and classification procedures; automated notification processes;

Provide day-to-day support of Henderson’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations.

Knowledge of principles of ERP systems; ERP system administration; database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security and recovery procedures and methods; database, application, and server problem identification, tracking, and vendor support; systems analysis methods; functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP Systems; business process map flow preparation and use; principles of finance and human resource management processes; data collection and classification procedures; automated notification processes; governmental security requirements; principles and techniques of leadership, project management, training, and general business administration; Federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to confidentiality

Ability to identify and resolve application/system problems; perform technical system and application studies; provide expert direction to functional analysts and end-users in person or over the telephone; create queries and reports; document ERP systems environment, standards, and procedures; provide information and presentations on ERP applications including but not limited to automatic notification processes, functional possibilities, query creation, and other related matters; and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
